i’m a guy who for a dare is going out next week dressed as a girl. I have a knee length grey dress and black opaque leggings and black cardi. Nice but a bit dull. How can i make this outfit look a little bit more exciting? (yes, it didnt take much to get me to take on this dare!)

Australian Sites only please and if it helps I have Strawberry Blonde hair. It is an end of school formal. Nothing too short, revealing, negative slogans etc etc. Elegant , fun , cute etc. Knee length would be best, or if its not an item in particular a site will be okay. Thank you Formal/ Graduation would best describe the event.
