Can anyone recommend a good after-bleach (hair clour) toner that’s available in Australia? I keep seeing posts online about products that seem available o/s but I can only ever find toning shampoos & conditioners, or those little sachets of no peroxide silver colour masks that don’t do a thing when your hair is newly bleached and yellow!
So anyone know what the real thing is I should be using that’s strong enough as step 2 in the process?
I need to know how I can treat my damaged hair I dry and straighten it every day along with washing it with shampoos and conditioners. I use shampoos with labels thats say “for damaged hair” and put other products in it to make it soft but it still feels damaged.
I have tried nearly everything to moisturise my dry, brittle hair. It had become dry ever since I started straightening my hair and since then has never been nice again, even with major hair cuts. I have tried hot oil treatments (the shampooing to get all the oil out has made my hair worse), sleeping on silk pillowcase, healthier diet, drinking more water, using completely natural shampoos and conditioners, staying out of the sun, nearly everything!!! I haven’t yet tried a shower filter. . .

I put this up before but it seems people though I was being mean
anyway my boyfriend lost a bet too me, and i get to do whatever I want to him for 24 hours, so I am going to give him the mother of all girly makeovers, and I want him to look like a girl for a day. I’ve asked him if i can do this and he is fine with it as long as we dont have to go into public and no photos are taken, asides from that I can do anything I want to him
his hair will be shoulder length if straightened (which I’m planning on doing) he is going to shave his head in the very near future anyway so i can do ANYTHING to his hair that i wish. (thinking of soaking his hair in conditioner so that is beautiful, maybe dying it, keeping in mind that he is shaving it soon)
I will also do his makeup (any ideas)
and his nails
and i will buy him a costume (also need ideas for this)

I started using herbal essences in NOV. Of 2009. now my hair is dried out. needs thirst. I’ve tried hello hydration hydralichious all 3 most except tottaly twisted’s conditioner body envy tousle me softly and break’s over. any good hair products?also I can’t afford anything over $5 so does dove work?jw. also I have natural curly hair 3b I think its damaged frizzy flyawayish breakage I use styling products too work good but doesn’t hold well. I also wave straighten and flip my hair as well. any good products.
I use to have thick straight healthy black hair but after all the colouring and straightening oh and not forgetting children over the years its left my hair looking and feeling frizzed out, brittle, dry and turns into dreadlocks with in a day of not brushing. I haven’t colored my hair in the past 2 years because of it. I use pantene pro-v shampoo & conditioner and get my hair trimmed & straightened every so often at the local salon, they even recommended that i get it permanently straightened. I would love to have it done but is it worth it! Will it last long and wont it damage the hair even more??? I just want my hair to grow back healthy again. My thoughts was going bold then maybe it might grow back healthier. I really don’t know what to do! can anyone help me!!
I had put tracks in my head [human hair] using glue. The person who did it i think she put to much glue in my head the tracks were so tight. I had to put alot of conditioner in it to get it out. Okay so i washed it and everything now everytime I comb it my hair comes out [not in patches just alot of strings]. Now my hair is getting thin on the sides. I mean my hair is already thin because i just grew it back because I had cancer. Now that its back and seeing that its getting thinner I’m having flashbacks, PLEASE HELP ME!

I just wanted some opinions if you have tried both. I’ve been using the Biolage Shampoo & Conditioner for a while now and I loooove it but I’ve also heard that the Color Smart is great too. I don’t really know the difference between them except some people say mainly the smell nothing else really. Is Matrix Color Smart good?
