hiy, i once heard that you shouldnt do mascara and pencil eyeliner when u do liquid eye liner how true is this? and someone once told me not t do liquid eyeliner when you do pencil eyeliner and mascara, i dont know what to do? how do you do and how are you meant to do it and how does it actually look nice? thanks

I just bought a Revlon eyeliner liquid pen just then and it wasnt opened or anything and i just opened it and tried to put it on. but literally nothing came out. well, some did but a very small amount. it didnt go on properly, there was barely any product on the tip. do i have to shake it or something??

I want to do makeup like “scene” or “emo”s do, but I’m, lets just say a young teenager, I already look like a scene or emo kid, just without the eyeliner, so don’t tell me not to do it or whatever. so my question is: How would I slowly start wearing thick eyeliner without freaking my friends or family out?

I just started using liquid eyeliner cos pencil eyeliner is to hard to put on and doesnt suit me properly. Liquid eyeliner is really good for me:)
Its a waterproof eyeliner and it just doesnt stay on long enough. How can i make it last longer ?
