I heard that white eyeliner makes your eyes look more and more sleep or something, I asked my mother to get in, when she went shopping today, but it was liquid and not a pencil. I always put my eyeliner on the inner side of the lower one, and when inside the cap ends, I continue until I think it’s quite a long time. But when I try the upper lid, I close my eyes and with my other eye, so I know what I’m doing, but I always seem to miss the upper lid, and I can never be achieved without direct uneven lines! HELP? By the way, I do not mean the upper eyelid from the inside, I mean above the upper lashes.
