I’m a real noob at make-up and anything related.

I have my school ball coming up, and I can’t really afford much make-up (since i’ll be spending much of my money on the limo and dress, etc. ) I don’t have any makeup at home.

I’m back in the 70′s or 80′s when they said blue eye shadow was OUT. I always loved it, but haven’t worn it since. I’m almost 60 and I would still like to wear it. So what’s the verdict?

And if you have blue eyes should you even be wearing that color?

What if a board hits ur eye and like half of ur eyelashes come out. How long will it take them to grow back?

Don’t say mac or urban decay, cause i can only go to target or cvs, but i need an eye primer that wont make my eyeshadow crease and get messed up just after a few hours.
