I want to have a single colour tattoo done in a brown colour so it looks similar to a henna tattoo. I have asked an artist before and he told me that there has to be an outline to the artwork done in black to stop the fill-in colour ‘bleeding’. I have heard several variations to this theory and also been told that it’s a load of cobblers. Can anyone confirm or deny this please? Answers with good sources especially welcomed.
The tattoo design I would like is not henna in style (am thinking of Aztec sun) and will be filled in solid colour rather than intricate patterns.

I have loads of scars and blemishes on my face because of dry skin, childhood chicken pox and teenage spots. Can someone recommend any remedies or methods that I could use to remove these scars or to blend them in and make them less noticeable on my face? Thank you.

I’ve always been curious about this. I’m Chinese and my Chinese name was given to me by my parents and grandparents at birth. Chinese names are only 2-3 characters max (character for your surname + a name) . When people go in to get their “Chinese name” tattooed on them. . . is it the tattoo artist that’s making up the name or how is this done? Chinese don’t have an alphabet – so how are artists creating these names? Are they taking desired characteristics of a person and creating a name?

I love all your answers. I’m getting my daughter’s Chinese name (her REAL Chinese name) tattooed next to my portrait tattoo of her in about a month. I’ve just always wondered because when I was back in college, my roomate met some guy and he said he had his name tattooed on his back but it was like 8-9 characters long. Which means. . . he has a random sentence on his back. My Chinese reading ability is VERY limited so I wasn’s positive as to what it said. My roomate and I had a good laugh but I wondered from then on about that.

Ive been using mac studio fix fluid foundation for a few mnths now. When I first started using it, it was great but lately it’s just sliding of my face & going patchy. I moisture before hand & ive started wearing a loose powder over the top but it didnt seem to help & my blusher is going patchy also.
Can anyone suggest a solution to this or suggest any good foundations. I like quite a dark colour & a good coverage.
