i would defiantly argue that. . petite girls look GREAT in dresses provided they have the curves for it. . . the issue is petite girls look chubby EASILY if they have almost any fat at all. . . so depends on your shape.
No, you can wear a full length dress such as a ball gown, particularly if it’s form fitting, it will give you a statuesque silhouette. For petite ladies, we should wear a skirt to the knees or shorter than the knees, or all the way to the floor. Nothing in between that “cuts off” the legs.
