How to make dress tighter around ass?

My school dress is too flowy and I want it to be more tight so you can see the shape of my ass. How can I make it tighter without sewing it up. I usually wear a jumper over my school dress so it will cover up any clips or other stuff used to tighten it.

    If you mean tighter by making them less flowy, (and without sewing it up)
    I recommend you roll the dress up at the waist on the dress.
    Making it ‘tighter’ could be turning it into a kind of skirt.
