Also I wondered if hair up or down would be ok I have short hair and the dress is a boob tube also a need like a very small cardigan to go with it has anybody got any ideas for the colours thank you.

Well white and pink are a very nice combination. How long is the dress? If its mid-length like near your knees then a pair of white wedges would look cute. Or other wise try get strappy heels in the same shade of pink but make sure your handbag matches. If you want a slightly more casual look then go for flat or kitten heel sandals, also white or pink. As far as the cardi goes, quick to your two solid colours. You dont want to look all Barbie doll-like. Good luck! Oh yeah and wear your hair down since your shoulders will be open when you’re not wearing the cardi. Soft curls or straight, either will work. Remember to accessorize with pink!
