Something looser with a cinched waist. Maybe with long sleeves since it’s chilly! And if it comes 4″+ above your knees, wear leggings.

Black is a slimming colour, if you think you are overweight. If you choose a tulip shaped dress, that is the natural shape of the dress, so you will look as if you have little hips+ thighs underneath.

Red-black-grey or blue would look good I think or even dark purple-long sleeved and maybe a little loose -and if you dont want your thighs showing chose a long dress
