Where can I buy men’s formal shirts with large neck sizes but without correspondingly large chests and sleeves?

I have a size 18″ neck and am broad but am only 5’9″. When I buy normal men’s 18″ shirts I’m dwarfed by the length and size of the chest and sleeves. Does anyone know where I can get shirts of average sizes just with large necks so I can wear them with a tie? Thanks

    Look for an athletic fit shirt. Go to a good store (not Target or someplace like that) and they will measure you and find the right fit for you.
