I go to a private school but luckily there not that strict. In summer we wear dresses and in winter we wear kilts with shirts and ties. We also have to wear gross navy blazers all the time, so im asking if you know how to make my uniform not look frumpy and un attractive?

Everyone one looks alike, so in a sense. I guess try and make your skirts shorter and your shirts tighter and show some more skin. LOL.
make it fun just get your schools dress code rules and do what you wish. Make what you want but follow those rules and look cute add a necklace, bow, ect. theres way around.
You can add cute accessories to your outfit like some colorful bracelets, belts/suspenders to your outfit. Or you could add button pins to your blazers and ties?They sell those at hottopic and rue 21 i think. And i don’t know if they let you , but you can trade out your regular ties and socks for other ones?That they sell in the stores you like.
I mean , if i was you i would totally just do my hair and makeup completely great so it wouldn’t blend with my outfit and totally have at it with accessories. (:

Well I would recomend to always have reallllly cute hair! Leave it down, teased, curled, straightened wtv! Just make sure its down. Wear bracelets, not really necklaces if you already have a lot going on with the top (blazers). If you can pick out a cute tighter top (long sleeve) under the blazer, maybe white scoop neck or v-neck. Also never wear big shoes! Stick to something small & slim like vans!!
I’m not sure if all of these ideas are allowed within your dress code, but. . .
-cute knee-high socks/tights, maybe in bright colors that work with the uniform
-hair accessories like cute headbands
-scarves
-cute shoes (I like ballet flats or riding boots, hunter boots in bad weather)
-eye-catching bags
-stacked bangles
