Aromatherapy uses essential oils extracted from nature’s herbs and flowers. The aroma is inhaled, or applied to the skin, and each of the oils (or combination thereof) addresses a specific disorder. It appears that the body is able to utilize the healing properties of the oils through the olfactory system of the body, and so initiate the healing process. I like lavender very much. It’s not too floral. But I know some people will use jasmine or rose to wear as a perfume. I have tried ginger and lemon and I also like it. I put them in my body lotion so I’m not wear as a perfume.
I like kind a soft aromas not too floral. I prefer a fruit aromas then floral. So each time I will mix it.
