What to wear to an high school interview?

So I have a interview to a private school but don’t know what to wear. This school is religeous school an I don’t think it has ever rejected a student so I was planning to wear some Adidas shorts, casual top and some runner adi zero, is this ok or should I wear some skinny jeans, nice top and Adidas high tops. Please help me decide and give me some advice thanks

Pages:
  1. Wear a suit, dress pants and dress shoes.

In addition to looking classy, you’ll probably meet whatever dress code they’ll expect you to conform to.

Just don’t wear red. NEVER WEAR RED TO AN INTERVIEW. EVER.

Let me clarify: You want to get into this school, right? Well, unfortunately, in interviews of any kind, “being yourself” isn’t going to fly. They want to see the best side of you, and they want to know that you give a fuck about coming to this school. That said, just wearing jeans is right out. If you don’t have any dress pants, at least wear some khakis. If they see jeans on you, they’ll just think you’re some street punk who’s blowing them off and not taking them seriously. Besides, in an institution where you’re probably going to be wearing a uniform, they generally like to see that you can conform to such standards, and just dressing nice is one way to show them that. Street shoes and shorts are also right out, unless you’re on the basketball team and they’re practicing.

You’re going to a respectable institution, so they’re going to expect you to look respectable.

  2. So, do you dress as who you are or who you aren’t? Depending on the situation, you want to look like you think enough of the opportunity to look good: clean, good hair, not your raunchiest t-shirt, etc. But if you’re a 100% skinny jean person, wear ‘em so they know who you are. . . if they really don’t like that, you don’t belong there.
