I have a black knee length ruffle skirt and I want to pair it with a leggings?

I actually dont feel comfortable with just the skirt. Is it ok to pair it with a pair of leggings or do I go for a biker shorts. If leggings is ok, then of what color.

    I would go with leggings, pretty much any color would work. With black shoes, white or gray would be best, or you could go all black for a dramatic look.
