Will I be able to get some color on my legs if I go lay in the sun?

They’re really pale and I want to get a small tan not a dark tan just some color, fast though. Can anyone help? I wanna be able to by the end of the day.

use a low spf sunscreen, that will prevent burn but allow for tanning

  2. Yes put tanning oil on them and lay out for about 45 mins

  3. You won’t tan by the end of the day unless you get a fake tan. I would suggest a spray tan or buy instant creams and rub it in yourself, but you might miss a spot and it will go all streaky. Good luck, but it’s better to tan naturally and slowly.

  4. if you put on some tanning lotion you should be able to get tan. (lorreal sublime zero, or banana boat)

  5. Everybody’s skin is different. If you’re pale you might lie out all day in the sun, get pink and then see it fade away two days later to your old pale tone.

A little sun is healthy if you’re not getting much. If you do want to tan, get some tanning oil, rub it on your legs, and lie out in the full sun for fifteen minutes on your back, fifteen on your stomach. Then put on some sunscreen (SPF 30+, but I use 30) so you don’t turn strawberry red if you lie out longer than that.

  6. there are creams and lotions that can help getting a tan you just gotta lay in the sun while having it on. There is one J-Lo made not sure of what its called but it worked really well on me.
