Can I buy this hair conditioner?

My friend just died her hair, with head n shoulders hair dye and it came with this conditioner. The conditioner was amazing and I really want it, can I buy it by its self? it was a small blue tube.
I mean where can i get it?

    I get my head and shoulders conditioner from walmart or carrefour, Depends where you live?
