How do i get my Dry, frizzy hair to stay down and straight?

I have very dry and frizzy hair and i want it to be straight. Lately i’ve been straightening it but its just gone from bad to worse. Any tips? I could also use some good shampoo and conditioners but i can’t buy any expensive ones.

  1. Heey, i had the same problem a while ago. I use the aussie shampoo and conditioner for frizzy hair and it really helps!
Use a straightening balm or serum before blow drying your hair. You would be better getting a flat brush and a nozzle on the hair dryer to concentrate the heat and straighten your hair while it dries. Use a heat protection spray before you use straighteners as it will stop breakage and frizz.
    Hope this helps! :)

  2. Try using Organix shampoo & conditioner. I use the moroccan argan oil type but I would suggest that you use brazilian keratin therapy.

Transform your hair into silky smooth locks with this exclusive blend of organic cocoa nut oils, keratin proteins, avocado oil and cocoa butter.

You can control the frizz in your hair using Pro Naturals Moroccan Oil Hair Treatment with Heat Protector, it helps strengthen the hair that’s prone to breakage, splitting or snapping off, gently smoothes the hair, reduces Frizz and helps prevent heat damage, plus leaves hair healthy, shiny and resilient. 4. There is an inexpensive way to treat dry hair. Coconut oil for hair can definitely conquer dryness on hair and there is no risk of damage as this is a natural hair treatment that has been proven for centuries, particularly in Asian countries. But coconut oil is now widely available in western countries as well nowadays.

For straightening, there nothing you can do about it specially if it’s natural for your hair.

  5. I have the same problem and I’ve figured out a few methods.

-Olive oil helps with smoothness and shininess. (The olive oil that they sell at hair stores. Or walmart or walgreens. )

-Blow dry your hair, but in a specific way. Bend down and flip your hair over so it’s hanging upside down while blow drying and brushing your hair. It makes it straighter and WAY less frizzier. (If you have any bangs, they’ll come out weird. So I would straighten them afterwards).

-If you don’t use conditioner, you should. And I read somewhere that if you only use it on the bottom half of your hair, it helps with frizziness.

-When you get out of the shower, don’t rub your hair with a towel. Simply squeeze the water out with your hands. Also if you want to try wrapping your hair in a t-shirt you can. I heard that keeps the moisture in your hair and prevents frizziness.

-I use Pro Naturals Moroccan Oil Hair Treatment and it’s really good. No that expensive, either. I got each bottle for like 5 bucks. (They were on sale xD But I’m sure they’re not expensive at regular price either. )

-I heard Redken All Soft Shampoo & Conditioner is amazing. I want to try it–I’m about to go buy it like. . right now.

I also heard that washing your hair with an egg makes it super silky and shiny, but it’s a process and you have to do it like every time you wash your hair. I heard it was really good, but I haven’t tried it and I don’t know any details. I would google it!
