DO NOT use supermarket shampoos and conditioners! They are so crap and full of soap! Any hairdresser will tell you that. Joico Moisture Recover made a massive difference to my hair. They’re $25 each.
I use this fantastic shampoo and conditioner from ‘Forever Living Products’ It’s made from the’Aloe Vera’ plant. It leaves my hair beautifully clean and glowing and I have not used anything else since I first came across it. Just go the website to get info and your nearest distributor. Ps. My hair had been flaky, my scalp itchy and my hair looked awful now it’s a thing of the past! I have long hair at a grand age.
Agreed with Kylie.
Supermarket hair products are terrible, they leave silicon in your hair among other things. The test for a good shampoo and conditioner is this,
You run your fingers down a strand of hair, its smooth, but when you run it back up again its rough. Thats because your hair naturally is like scales, but silicon coats it.
System Professional is the best on the market, but its incredibly expensive. $50 or so for shampoo and conditioner.
I would try tresemme.
I used it when my hair became dry and brittle.
It works great tbh.
