why is my hair falling out? :S?

Every-time I wash my hair in the shower or just even wet some of my hair falls out, Is this natural or is it the shampoo and conditioner i am using
I am starting to get abit worried. What should I do?

    If it is an irregular amount it might be because you are eating poorly / not enough. I’m assuming you haven’t bleached it. Realistically, you’re probably just paying too much attention and becoming paranoid.

  4. well it happens to everybody sometimes. but it could be caused because of stress tat u have or because maybe you are worrying about something too much and it gets stuck on your head. Hope this helps :D

    Hey,

    No need to be worried, this happens to every girl. It’s normal. Sometimes i lose a looott after showers. But my mom says it’s normal.

    Here are some tips:

    -take care of your hair: Don’t pull it too much, like to put it in tight ponytails, be careful with it :)
    -Wash your hair, and keep it clean. Maybe twice a week
    -It’s important to get enough sleep!
    -And nutrients :)
    -Also, exercise
    -Don’t use hair products too much, and also don’t straighten or curl it too much :P
    - Comb it every morning, lightly.
