Can you temporarily dye blonde hair brunette?

My hair is naturally a light brown or a dark blonde and i have been highlighting my hair blonder for years. I love the color of my hair now because it looks natural and has depth but I’m in a play and my character needs to have dark hair. Wearing a wig is not an option. Is it possible to dye my hair a DARK color that lasts for a week or two and that will go back to being the color it is now? It would be great if the color looked natural.

    Use a colored Rinse

    Yes there are alot of options you could go with, or you could even dye it and then dye it back

    You can buy wash in, wash out dyes that last for about 8 or so washes. Most chemists/beauty stores sell them :)

    Yes you can . Just use temporary hair colorants like these:

    I believe you can find one on drugs stores and online.

    go to sally’s beauty supply and tell the people working there that you want a semi- or demi- permanent dye, and they should tell you everything you need to know (:
