Okay so. . . My hair at the moment is bottle black and I wanted to get it to whitish blonde. I have powder bleach and some 40vol peroxide.
I have also read a couple things about dying hair to white and it says I need a blue based toner? I have no idea what that is. Can anyone tell me what it is/where to get it ect.

do not do it yourself. bad things will happen. go to a licensced cosmetologist. it’s going to take awhile to get it from black to white.
You will not be able to lift black die out of your hair with anything you can buy at a store or a beauty supply store. (Unless your a licensed hair stylist). You will need to go to a salon and have the die stripped out, which could take one or more applications.
If you do try it, do not be surprised if your roots turn orange and your black hair stays black.
