If I put a semi permanent brown dye in my blonde hair will it permanently change the colour?

I have natural dark blonde hair and I bleach/use foils to make it a very light blonde. If I put in a medium brown semi permanent (8 washes) will it still be blonde afterwards?

    It will probably stain your hair forever, but mostly wash out to like dirty dishwater blonde.
