should i dye my hair dark brown to match my eyes or leave it?

Go darker, but not too dark so you dont look washed out.

Definitly, dark hair is better for you. It would bring out your eyes more.

Don’t use permanent hair dye, if you have reservations. Use a dark rinse to see if you like it. The problem is once you start dying your locks, you need to maintain it. As you are fair, when the roots grow out, from afar, it will look like you’ve got grays!

Yes, a warm chocolate brown would be great.
