Does wildgrowth hair oil work on white people?

i want to grow my hair, its right above my boobs right now and i want it to be longer, like over my boobs. my hair isnt really oily. but i saw a bunch of reviews on wildgrowth with black women, but will it work with white people hair?

    Hairgrowth oils and medicine do not work. You should just let it grow on its own.
