When you re apply the peroxide only do the roots. Because when you re doing the whole of your hair it just goes on top of the already damaged hair and damages it more.
So try to only keep it on the roots, where it needs doing.
Yes, only touch up the roots. Do not bleach any other hair. I would only use chemicals on the rest of the hair if it is going really brassy and needs a toner or something.
Do you do your hair yourself? If so, seriously consider going to a salon
You should look into this hair masque, it helped my hair a lot when I went platinum.

Peroxide messes your hair up.
One thing would be to apply deep intensive conditioners once or twice a week and avoid hair dryers and straighteners/tongs. Aussie Miracle do some good conditioners.
Get all the damaged ends cut off and aLSI use shampoos that are designed for blonde/highlighted hair.
Instead of bleaching it, you could use a natural hair dye or a low amonia one (Herbal essences do these dyes) and I have discovered that you can get blonde henna dyes.
My hair fell out due to overover-dying it took a long time to even becobecomelightly normal again. I wore a wig in the end.
If your dying it yourself. . DONT!
Get it done at the salon
I know this its alot dearer
But i’ve been peroxide blonde for 10 years now and my hair is in good condition
Try and find someone that comes to your house as this can be cheaper
Deep intensive conditioner
Shampoo with a low PH
Towel dry it so its 90% dry then ru na heat protecting serum through it
Dry on a cool setting
Only straighten it when you absolutly HAVE to
When you get you hair colour re-done, only get the roots done.
Keep up to date with regular trims every 6-8 weeks – dont want split ends!
