How do i prevent a mayonnaise hair treatment from making my hair smell?

i’ve read that the mayonnaise treatment can make my hair smell like mayonnaise for a while. how can i prevent this or get rid of the smell?

forget the mayo. .
I’ve donet hat it did nothing but make my hair greasy, and just yucky. .
I may sound like a commercial here, but my hair was pretty dry and stuff. A friend of mine told me use Aussie, woo
that’s some great stuff there, get the shampoo conditioner, and they have a 3 min treatment. I luv it and it’s all I use now. . lol
so just try it out u will like it

Why would you want to put mayonnnaise or any other food on your hair? Do you wash your body with 40W motor oil?

Stick with products that are made specifically for the hair. They are much better than trying things that were used before people invented haircare products.

ok use the mayo. . . then take a shower and wash it out well. . . shampoo. . . condition. . . . rinse. it might* still stink until the next wash but it should go after that
