  2. Hi

I am aware that they do sell products for your hair type but I thought I would share this with you. The link is from a magazine and explains how to treat your hair type exactly.

My hair type is the same. What I have found is that it is best to only put conditioner in the ends of your hair (ponytail area)

Maybe try going another day in between washes and using a dry shampoo/hair powder on your roots to refresh them. This would give your ends a brake. I used to do this when my scalp would get oily and my ends were breaking. I also used a deep conditioner for the ends of my hair after shampooing, and I started using a few drops of hair oil on my ends before blow drying to give my ends extra moisture. It seems to help.
Also, a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner should so wonders.
Sulfate can be harsh on your hair causing damage and split ends.
I’m from America but I’m pretty positive you can buy sulfate-free
    shampoo/conditioner there :)
And taking some vitamin supplements or eating fruits that contain Vitamin C helps SO much with the overall look and feel of your hair(makes it shinier and healthier).
    good luck love!

  4. selsun blue is you’re best bet.

go to any drug store and they will have that brand in many varieties. I would get their original one. . . it does wonders!

  5. Hey so yeah totally get wyere your coning from soo heres my recomendation: shower at night about an hour before u got to bed, use aussie (sydney smooth) shampoo and conditioner and when ur washing ur hair: shampoo it for like a minute and make sure u get it everywhere and rinse it out all the way, then pump out A LOT of conditioner and step out of the water. . Put half of the conditioner in each hand and spread from the top to the bottom but dont shake it just comb it tru wih ur fingers. . Then go back under the water and use ur fingers ro comb out most of it but leave enough in where its still smooth. . . Then get your hair out of the water right away so that the conditioner u purposefully left in stays in. . . When u get out brush it and let it airdry. . In an hour brush it again and then let dry all the way. . . Tie ur hir in a high tight ponytail and then twsit ur hair until it wraps around where u tied it. . Hold the bun and put two or three ponytails to hold it in place. . . Go to bed and cwallah when u wake up perfect hair :) hope this helps and sorry i know its long!
