Tiny, Tiny dots on hair even after shampoo and conditioning?

There are these weird small dots that end up staying on my hair even after I shampoo. They’re not lice cuz I tried popping them and I didnt hear anything. Anyone know what it is and how I treat it?

    It could be a serious case of nits an the eggs are the tiny dots, don’t think there is anything else it could be?? But if it is nits the eggs will be white and your head will be itchy slot of the time also to get rid o them if the eggs are visible on hair pull need to get a nit shampoo
