hiy, i once heard that you shouldnt do mascara and pencil eyeliner when u do liquid eye liner how true is this? and someone once told me not t do liquid eyeliner when you do pencil eyeliner and mascara, i dont know what to do? how do you do and how are you meant to do it and how does it actually look nice? thanks

liqid over pencil for more accuracy, maskara to touch up
You could wear all 3 at the same time, but it would be really dramatic. If you’re still in school, I suggest maybe a little bit of pencil liner on your upper lash line, with a little bit of mascara. You could also use liquid liner to make it more defined, but it might get too dramatic. If dramatic is your style, I suggest pencil liner on the bottom with liquid on the top and then some mascara. There’s nothing wrong with wearing all three at the same time, but make sure that you don’t put liquid liner on your bottom lash line or your tight line (the waterline of your upper eye lid) or else it will bleed into your eye!
naw i think thats a little too much, i would just say mascara, thats enough.
There is no rules when it come to this, as a media makeup student I tend to use liquid over pencil as it stands out more on camera, but its really up to you when I go out I like to use all three for a more dramatic look:)

do your pencil liner first to the shape you want, then go over that with your liquid liner.
wait for that to dry then apply your mascara.

This is definitely not true. You can wear all three in one go.
For example, You can wear black mascara with thick metallic pop of aqua liner and have a thin black liquid eyeliner forming a winged end at the corner of your eye. Like this picture here:

If you are wearing black mascara, black eye liner and black liquid eyeliner, you can smudge out the black pencil eyeliner and then redefine your lash line with the liquid liner
Don’t be afraid to play with looks. Remember, there are no rules to make up, only what looks good, is appropriate for the occasion and makes you feel confident (think Beyonce)
