I just bought a Revlon eyeliner liquid pen just then and it wasnt opened or anything and i just opened it and tried to put it on. but literally nothing came out. well, some did but a very small amount. it didnt go on properly, there was barely any product on the tip. do i have to shake it or something??

if its the sponge tip one then that is just the way tht eyeliner works ur better off getting a cream or liquid next time
Hold it with the tip down, and then press it on the back of your hand until the product starts to flow. The felt tip just isn’t loaded yet. This will load it with product.
Then make sure you always get the cap back on tightly so it doesn’t dry out between uses.
