just carefully draw it along the top. idk how to explain it. i use a smudger to make sure the line isn’t uneven.
well you take the pencil and close your eye to draw a line as much close to ur lid and holding the end of ur eye might help a bit but if u dont understand what im telling u well then just go to youtube and type in “how to put eyeliner” or something! hope youtube helps
hold the corner of you eye it makes it much easier to apply eyeliner, it does take a bit of practice to get it straight!!! when drawing the line get it as close to the eyelash as possible and use short strokes instead of drawing a huge line across your eye, the short strokes are much easier. this applies to all forms of eyeliner, stick, liquid, and cake liner.
i know you are interested in makeup and how to apply it, but if you need help learning about makeup, you should go to a loreal store or some other makeup store and ask them how to do it. reading it on the internet won’t help as much as a demonstration.
i know you will proabably report this because it is not an answer or a question, but i really couldn’t care less.
