I think you should wear whatever you are comfortable in.
Though just a word of warning, push up bras mean that your boobies won’t develop properly because they grow when you’re awake and not just when you’re sleeping.
Also being flat chested isn’t so bad, trust me, i’m am 18 and have a 34A bra size.

i don’t think you should wear TOO much eyeliner though.
for example,
just put it on the top (liquid) OR just put it on the bottom(pencil).
DON’T do both!
otherwise, you’ll drown yourself out.
plus, don’t wear push up bras if you’re looking for attention from guys. if you aren’t looking for attention and you just wear them because YOU like the way you look when you wear them, then thats fine.
