Silver against black Eyeliner or brown/gray against black Eyeliner? I always do the Eyeliner like the cleopatra style but its up to the shadow to make them POP, I’m 30 too. . .

Deffinetely a blue the most, but a green or brown will also do the job. So the order from most to least I would say is blue, brown, green. Also make it shimmery. Hope I helped
I would lean more towards brownish colors. Don’t do a matte brown all over because it will just overpower your light blue eyes. Get a metallic brown or a shimmery taupe/champagne color and the shimmer and metallics will reflect your light blues to make them even more prominent.
Black and a very nice dark blue almost green eyeshadow. .
I think a lighter shadow like a light silver, grey or white would make your blue eyes stand out. I think the light color will contrast and emphasize the light blue.
defiantly NOT BROWN SHADOW. the best shadow for blue eyes is if you can find a shade that exactly matches your eye color.

You should try blue shadow & white eye liner. Don’t forget to blend.
The people who are saying blue are wrong.
brown makes blue eyes pop and blue/purple makes brown eyes pop.
Use maybe gold shadow and brown for the crease.
My blue eyes pop when I use a metallic bronze or metallic burnt orange/rust color.
