I have heard how certain eyeshadow and eyeliner colours/shades help enhance certain eye colours and hair colours. What eyeshadow shades are best for me, as I have naturally blonde hair and light blue eyes. My eyelashes are brown and my eyebrows are dark blonde.

Anything but green. I know somebody who uses green, and it makes her look like she wears pounds of make-up, and like a tramp.
Browns and earth tones! Covergirl and make up companies like them are now making make up that are suited to certain eye colors! Good luck and P. S. being a blonde is the best! Hahaha!
Basically any color but don’t go too heavy with they eyes and cheeks or else it would be clownish! Focus on your lashes too, brush them or put some mascara on them to make it extra long, top and bottom!
I would recommend that you stick to pink, light brown and salmon colored eye shadows. If you have pale skin they will look nice and suit your eyes.
back eyeliner ALWAYS brings out the blueness in your eyes. havent you noticed on american tv shows like pretty little liars and 90210 . maybe black eyeliner along the top eyelid and then none on the bottom or just half way like outside of eye to middle and then on the rest of your eyelid browns and earth tones are best. the whole look on the eye after is simple because of the earth tones. copy and paste this link to see why im right.

Honestly, you need little to no makeup because you already of a beautiful face with gorgeous features! If anything I would do a thin
brown or black line of creme eyeliner on the top, and halfway in on your waterline on the bottom of your eye. When you wear black
eyeliner I would coat your eyelashes sevral times with mascara and
curl them two times. . . . . With your eyes go heavy duty on the
mascara. Now for the eyeshadows. I would stick to the earthy and suddle colors of baby pinks, a neutral brown eye ( the urban decay naked palette is perfect for this) or I would put a shimmery or nice/toned color paintpot from MAC. . . . . These can be used as bases or primers, and even an eyeshadow. . . . Most if the colors are neutral, dark, or shimmery but they are beautiful as just eyeshadows too. If you do happen to wear to blush, no pinks! just like a shimmery light purple! They have a couple at sephora. . . . . . . . As for bronzer I would put them on your cheekbones and a little right below your eyes! Good luck and stay beautiful
In my opinion with a black eyelashes that would be great. However it really comes down to personal preferences.
