  1. concealer is to hide your pimple, etc. and it can be used for a base for you eyeshadow ! :D

  2. Foundation is used to even out your skin. You use this all over your face.

Concealer is used to ‘conceal’ acne and scars. You use this on certain areas you want to cover up.

You don’t need to use a brush for applying eyeliner, unless you want ‘smokey eyes’. Get BED HEAD eyeliner, they don’t sell it in many places but you can find it online and it works great.

Concealer is your first layer. It hides pimples, redness, blemishes. . . . that sort of thing. don’t put too much on just enough to cover. Then foundation is used to even out your skin tone and reduce any redness or anything else you might want to cover up. I don’t know what brush you are talking about. I just use a regular eye liner not liquid.

foundation is the face colored liquid that you use over your whole face. it evens out any skin blemishes you might have. its best if you have a very clean face before you put on any make up so it looks flawless so get a face wash regimine even if you dont have any acne. concealer is something that usually is face toned to cover any “problem spots” that yr foundation didn’t. if you have dark circles (or hickeys lol) use this gently over the dark area then cover with foundation as usual. if yr not used to wearing make up and you dont like the feeling of the foundation on yr skin and you have clean skin look into those mineral sheer powder foundations. they do the same thing only much lighter over yr face. if you want “perfect” lines for your eye look for a liquid liner that has a felt tip to apply it. maybalene has a good one. remember black liner is great for dramatic effects but for everyday wear if yr light skined its a bit harsh. try a brown =)
