i would start with brown pencil liner more natural and just enough to make your eyelash’s look thinker because that’s what it is suppose to do
I would say 13 or 14 is an ok age to start wearing a bit of eyeliner
I started eyeliner when I was 12, and I mostly use it on my waterline.
i would say around 14. if its really dark and all, it wont look good. for younger people, i would say less is more.

I think 10 it will be the youngest age u can use it, i remember myself at 10 playing with it, now i’m 22 and i havent have a problem bc of it! also u can try instead of eyeliner try to line ur eye with eyeshadow, that way if u are too young it won’t look weird.

You can wear eyeliner at any age. Sometimes me and my little sister (who is 5) play around and i put eyeliner on her. I started wearing eyeliner on a daily basis when I was 11 starting middle school. You can wear it whenever you want. I think you should wear it only if your comfortable in it and can apply it right. Since you want to wear it on your top eyelid it will be easier and look better if you use gel or liquid eyeliner. If you aren’t good at eyeliner, you can try false lashes and it will cover the part where eyeliner would go and your eyelashes would look amazing.
