I’m fourteen (so, wearing bright blue eyeliner is moreso trendy that- AGH!)
I have beautiful, bright blue eyeliner- but what clothing do I wear with it? How do I look fun without look- gah?
Denise- I don’t ever wear bright blue, but I’m fourteen- my mom sure can’t wear it, so I might as well when I still can.

you really have to just try different things to know what looks good, we have no idea the colour or whatever
try getting a picture
1] silver earrings/pink or rose blush and lips
2] DON’T wear it with bright blue! Try othershades/hues – like grays, purples, greens, aqua/turquoise/teal, and smoke blue.
3] also try liner in emerald, bright purple, teal blue and smoke blue
I like to wear brights with neutral liner, and add bright liner to a neutral or pale outfit.
To make it stand out more, wear mainly black with some blue accesories like bracelets and stuff.
Honey, please look more natural and wear brown or black eyeliner. Bright blue is too artifical looking. It is o. k. for the eye shadow.
It will look good with anything minus greens and yellows. It may make you look sick if you wear those colors. (or washed out) I would go for whites, blacks, pinks and purples tho. (tops) Just b/c I personally like the way it looks with those colors. Also on a personal note I wouldnt wear it with a blue shirt. . . to matchy matchy. . .
