Hmm well, first curl your lashes.
Then apply mascara
After that, put eyeliner on your tightline.
and put ALITTLE bit of eyeliner on your waterline.
Conceal any darkcircles.
You could put a darker color mascara and it you really want your eyes to sparkle, buy a mascara with hints of glitter, such as LashBlast Luxe. Then take a dark black or navy color eyeliner and line your waterline and upper waterline (tight line). Put a little white eyeliner in the inner corners. Add some white eyeliner on the lower waterline and the inner corners of the eyes to make them pop and appear larger. Don’t line the eyes all the way, only line them halfway to open the eyes. Curl your lashes and you are good to go!
