How would i get eyes to look like this (picture) ?

Can anyone give me tips on how to get eyes like this?

    A LOT of eyeliner with a coat of white glossy eye shadow under it.

    You would put eyeliner on & either smudge that OR you would put on eyeliner & use black eyeshadow to get eyes like that pic.

    black eyeliner on top of lid and under lid and in the inside of the eye not recommended though and smoky gray shadow and tons of mascara

    If u really wanna look like those pictures then i suggest u put black eyeliner on bottom and top eyelid with mascara.

    Use black pencil eyeliner on both top and bottom of eye and smudge a little with your finger or a q-tip. Use black mascara on top and bottom lashes. I would suggest using a pallete of different shades of blacks/greys/etc. You could try http://www. sephora. com/browse/product. jhtml?id=P173010&categoryId=S11503&shouldPaginate=true. They also have great instructions on smokey eyes. Use the darkest closer to the eye and the greys as you get further away from the eye. Blend well.

    Buy a firm make up brush about 1mm thick and 8mm wide and Mac’s black eyeshadow. Drop one drop of water onto the eyeshadow and mix it with the brush. Then take the brush with the damp eyeshadow and run it into the outer shape. Coloe in the middle part. Wait until it dries and then use a volume mascara on your lashes.

    black eyeliner all around also make an angled line from the corner of your eye up like a cat then fill it in , your eyes will look catty & sexy , the girl in the pic is using black eyeliner all the way around her eye

    u cn start wid a kohl pencil. . . define it frm d inside or ur eyes. . . n den u cn darken it by an eyeliner. . . on top n bottom. . . den start off wid dark grey eyeshadow. . . keep smudgin it but dont mk it messy. . . n use sum light shimmery shadow wen u reach d eyebrow bone. . . n den finish off wid sum mascara. . . gud luck. . . tc

    make lines around your eyes, get a smudger on eyeliner, and then smudge to the outside to meet up in a point. . then take white eyeliner and lightly go over some of it to make it shine
