What are good shops to buy clothes?

Not to expensive, for example maximum cost for a top around $30. Not from Target or Kmart. I am almost 10. I have bought my birthday dress from supre and cartigen from valleygirl. I’m thinking about shopping at Jay Jays and Forever new for special occasions. What shops should I go to and what ones NOT to go to. I am around 132 cm. Light brown skin and dark brown eyes almost black hair. Thanks.

    Dont go to Delias, Claires, and stores like that. Try Hollister. Abercrombie is too expensive. Forever 21 has some really cute clothes, and Journeys has good shoes. Traffic is also good for shoes. If you need cheap make up or earrings that are good quality, try Claire’s. Also shop at Hot Topic (its an emo store, but if you look hard you can find cute and inexpensive stuff) Pacsun and Wet Seal have really cute clothes too. Answer mine?
