what color eye liner will bring out my eyes?

I have really dark brown eye, almost black. I was watching What Not To Wear and Carmindy says opposites attract.

Greens and purples. They don’t have to be super bright either. Maybelline makes great gel liners in dark green and dark purple. If you don’t like gel, I know Urban Decay carries 24/7 pencil eyeliners in a large variety of colors and Make-up Forever carriers liquid eyeliner and all sorts of different shades. Good luck!

Dark green, or royal blue. . ?
Or just simple black or dark brown if you’re into natural looks

For deep brown eyes, shimmery golds and taupe’s look fantastic! I would suggest maybe doing a light pink almost purple eye shadow with a gold eyeliner. Top it off with black lengthening mascara. BUT you have to be careful because when using pinks, if the pink has to much of a red tint you will look like you have an eye infection. also i suggest using either a white or black pencil eyeliner on the water line, either on looks great on any type of eye color.
