   It depends on if you have warm or cool toned skin, not pale vs tan. Go to a local makeup counter at the mall and ask them what colors look best on you.

   With Green eyes Brown, gold, and purple!!!! I never use black eyeliner either with green eyes go for a brown!!!

   I have hazel green eyes. My skin tone can get very pale in the winter also. I like to use a green eyeshadow on my eyelids, then I put a streak of brown in the crease of my eyelids & above it I put a faint layer of a lighter green. When it’s done right it really accents my eyes.

   Brown along your upper eyelashes and above the brown blend in a light pink. Also use black mascara for a added effect.

   hey, use almay intense eyeshadow for blue, or green eyes.

    i know that purples go great with green eyes, and that blue shades go great with blue. . . so id have to say a bluish purple, maybe lavander or periwinkle?
    and those colors are sure to bring in some extra color to ur face in winter (:

    Brown for either the winter or the summer.
    Silver for the summer.
    Gold in the winter.

    Green purple and gold som browm 2 and the really best is Aqua greenish & and blueish trust me

    Light pink will bring out the green, no matter how fair you are.
