Hey. its depends on the occasion but if you’re talking formal, try black eyeshadow. sounds scary but it looks stunning! So sexy. Even better is black with silver sparkles- providing the sparkles are subtle.
Choose an eye shadow that complements your blue eyes. Shades in the brown, rose and violet families are best. The warm hue of these shades contrasts with the cold tone of your blues to really make them pop. Use a shade that is darker in tone than your eye color to make your baby blues shine
go to www. covergirl. com . . . . . they have a “true match” feature there which assists you in choosing the right makeup colors for you hair, eye color + skin tone. Hope I helped!
Bronze, brown, gold or silver would make your eyes pop really well. Try to avoid purple, blue and green because mixing a colored eyeshadow with an already colored eye is sometimes overwhelming!
Hope I helped!
Bronze, copper, gold, peach, aprocit, or purple to play up the green.
Also a shimmery metalic chocolate brown to play up the blue.

Purple and brown look best. . . it makes them stand out more than any other color. Stay away from blues though
