Is the use of perfume oils perfume making in order?

I looked at the ‘make your own spirit of recipes, many of them say to use essential oils. Only a few of them said perfume oil cheaper alternative, but they are worse? In addition, if you have any good recipes for myself, I would be grateful if you posted them too. Thank you, if you answer!

    No, they are not as well as essential oils. They are chemicals, but if you do not mind chemicals, then you can use them. I’ll be careful, but to find fragrance oils that are safe for use on skin.
