curl your hair a little bit . and half up do can be g0od!!
smokey eye shadow with Pink lipstick and lots of lip gloss!!
i think you should have loose curls in a down do, with simple makeup, as it will make the look more classier, ie nudle lips/glossed lips and have your eyes a colour that matches the dress, for example if you were darker then maybe a white eye shadow, but if you were white then maybe a more natural look, but the makeup depends on you and what makeup looks good on you, you could do a smokey eye look, but this may over play the dress, i think that you should definitely wear a lot of mascara as they attract people to the eyes
