Moisturize before, then a little foundation on your eyelids, then translucent powder lightly over top when you’re done.
sounds bad and you will need to shut your eyes really tight but i’ve heard hairspray works!!
use foundation (if its really as bad as it sounds) and put some pressed powder over the foundation
and use urban decay primer potion ive heard that works

ok use a moisturizer, and a base. use primer on your eyes.
get waterproof make-up and if you really need to re apply it thn only apply a little bit.

hii i hope these tips will help you:
- try waterproof mascara it does take a little longer to take of but it really helps.
- after applying foundation use a little loose powder and lightly dust over.
- wear waterproof eyeliner
- put moisturiser on before foundation honestly this helps
- apply two thin layers of foundation mae sure the first one is dry.
- use eye shimmer instead of eye shadow as it doesn’t wash away or run in the rain.
i hope some of these tips help you also where you live and it rains alot there might be a special range suitable for you.

yea ive heard about hairspray but i dont recommend it! some the celebs put it on their face. but its chemicals and will block your pores too.
try some long lasting foundation, liquid is good for this and then use poweder on top. waterproof mascara but make sure it is took of properly with good eye make up removal.
make up dosnt stay on forever, unless its tatooed lol

just buy a decent brand. . the ones that claim to last longer,if they dont complain and get refund haha
my nan used to say to spray hair laquer into the air and walk through the mist to set it. . . cant say for sure if works,never realy tried it.
anyway why dont you just go au natural. . be much better for your skin
A good primer is key for makeup staying power.
A facial primer (before setting down concealer or foundation) I recommend is Make Up For Ever HD Primer.
An eye primer (before setting down any eyeshadow, liner, etc. ) is Too Faced Shadow Insurance or Urban Decay Primer Potion.
As for drugstore brands, Rimmel makes a facial primer and loreal makes an eye primer.
Definitely use a Primer. It holds the base on (foundation) which helps the make up on top last longer. Also, try using waterproof make-up as this should cut down on any streaks. Try layering your eye shadow, and use powder, not liquid. You can also get waterproof eye liner as well as mascara. Try asking at one of the beauty counters in one of the larger department stores, they’re there to help!
And for goodness sake, DO NOT put hairspray on your face! It’s for your hair, not the delicate skin around your eyes and face. You’ll end up with spots and rashes galore.
Don’t rub ur hands on ur face- a common error which occurs during the day, but using creme foundations and eye shadows helps make up stay on for longer not the powders- oh and do not use hair Spray that will just Block up ur skin and create spots(bad idea)
there is a kind of spray you put it on your face that makes makeup stay on your face even if you took a shower!!! if you wanted to remove the makeup use “clean and clear”its good for these stuff!!! all celeberties use it dont you see them in movies when the actor swim or somthing , the makeup doesnt go!!!
I use Urban Decay eyeshadow primer and it will make sure that eyeliner and eyeshadow will not budge.
