I know exactly! You’d hella probably look good with brown eyeliner on your top lids. . . NOT TOO THICK and also halfway on the bottom lids. You can keep using your usual brown mascara but black also looks good with it

The way you described yourself, i’d imagine you to be really pretty, especially with blue eyes.
You should stay natural cause later when you do wear make up and one day you decide not to wear it everyone will think you look ugly.

Just stick to very neutral colors. Ignore anything heavy. Brown mascara is perfect. Don’t over do anything.
ok don’t wear foundation. a grey liner would look good next to blue eyes. try light eyeshadows such as a VERY light pink and light blue.

i’d stick to browns, purples, and golds. don’t do anything too dramatic, like using black. usually it makes you look bad, depending on how its applied.
eyeliner- brown, purple (plum), or even a maroon would look good.
eyeshadow- browns always look good on blue eyes, just make sure you don’t go too light, otherwise its hard to tell if you’re wearing anything. if you want to go light, wear gold. it has shimmer so people can still tell that you’re wearing eyeshadow. purples look super pretty with blue eyes cause they make your eyes pop. when i use purple eyeshadow, instead of using liner on my lower lash line, i use the eyeshadow brush and swipe it across my lower lashes.
mascara- usually a few coats of this in a deep brown looks best. it still makes your eyelashes look dark without looking harsh against your pretty blue eyes.
