im going to start school soon i want to bring out my eyes:make them look lighter or prettier. i have kind of dark skin. not 2 dark mexican n dark brown hair with braces. people say i look pretty with and without eyeliner. so i switch off. anyone hve any make up or hair tips?

mascara and an eyelash curler it really makes your eyes pop
regardless what people say, eyeliner does nothing more then bring out eyes.
use eyeliner on the bottom with alot of mascara and dont forget the eyelash curler!
use a very very light eye shadow for more results (: good luck!
you could get colored contacts, wear natural types of makeup, and use an eyelash curler.
eyelashes can make a huge difference on eyes. so try that out and tell me how it works
your wardrobe color choices can also change how your eyes look.
Painted the color of dark spots better, not too bright.

A liquid foundation all over the eye lid.
A dark brown on the eye lid and a lighter pink brown to highlight the eyes. !
Black mascara. !
