Rimmel certainly is not one of the best brands. . . Many people are of such breakthroughs brand. I would not use foundation or powder of a cheaper brand. . . but they have great varnishes, eye shadow and mascara.

Rimel does best brand ever! it is not cheepest, but in my experence, it is a good brand at an affordable price, more than make-up, which can cause a gap exits! Food can (digestive zone) or simply mosituriser cos ur gonna get them anyway with time munth! or whatever! or you could be allergic to any product!
